How do I hide the chatbot from a page?

To hide your chatbot from a particular page:

  1. In the left sidebar, click the Bots tab
  2. At the top, click into the Configuration tab
  3. Select the Targeting tab
  4. Within the Blacklist URL Patterns field, add the URLs of the pages you'd like the chatbot to ignore

  5. In the upper right, click the green Save button
