Audit Logging
Audit Logging helps you track changes made across your Frase Answers organization. With this feature, you can see who made updates, what was changed, and when the activity occurred—making it easier to monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accountability.

Accessing Audit Logs
To access Audit Logging:
- In the bottom left corner, click Settings.
- Select the Activity tab.
This opens the Audit Log, where all tracked activity for your organization is recorded.
Filtering Audit Log Activity
You can narrow down results to quickly find specific changes.
From the Activity tab, you can filter by:
- Activity type, including:
- Bot updates
- Crawls
- Datasets
- Dataset entries
- Organization changes
- User invites
- User updates
- User, to see actions performed by a specific team member
- Date range, up to the last 90 days
Filters can be combined to help you pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for.
Viewing Audit Log Details
Click on any activity in the log to view more details.
When expanded, you’ll see:
- The exact update that was performed
- The user who made the change
- Any newly created items associated with that action
- The timestamp of the activity
This allows you to clearly understand what changed and why.
What Activities Are Tracked
Audit Logging includes visibility into changes made across key areas of Frase Answers, such as:
- Bot configuration updates
- Dataset and dataset entry creation or edits
- Crawl activity and updates
- Organization-level changes
- User invitations and user account updates
This ensures your team has a reliable record of activity across the platform.
