What Is the Content Gaps Tab
The Content Gaps tab replaces the previous Consider Training tab and provides a more actionable way to understand what content is missing from your website.
With this update, you can:
- Identify gaps in your existing content
- See which topics you may not be covering
- Understand what information users are looking for
- Take direct action to improve your site
How to Access the Content Gaps Tab

- In the main navigation, go to Analytics
- Click on Content Gaps
Understanding the Content Gaps View
If you prefer to view your content gaps chronologically, you can
- Click on "recent" next to "By topic" on the right hand side. This will display the more traditional Consider Training view you’re familiar with.

When you open the Content Gaps tab, you’ll see a new, organized view of missing content across your website.
- Content gaps are grouped into topics
- Each item is labeled based on the topic it falls under
- You can use filters to view gaps by specific topics
If you select a topic, you’ll see all identified gaps categorized into sections, making it easier to understand where your content may be lacking.
Drilling Down Into Content Gaps
Within each topic:
- Content is organized into Subcategories and questions
- Clicking into a Subcategory reveals individual questions
- This allows you to drill down into specific areas where content is missing

When you click into a question, you can:
- View the conversation
- Train the response
- Dismiss the item
